  • What are your working hours?

    Our hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm PST. If you send us an email, we will make sure to answer you within 3 business days. We are still a small startup, but we know you don’t have any time to waste and we’re usually able to answer much sooner than that!

  • What do I do if I forgot my password?

    No biggie! You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” on your sign in page. After you enter the email address you used to register your account, we will send you an email with instructions to reset your password!

  • How can I change my password/email login?

    You’ve got this! First, log in to your account, then click on My Profile to access your account settings. Here you’ll have the option to update your basic information, including your login email address and your password.

  • How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

    If you need to unsubscribe from our newsletter just click the opt out link at the bottom of our promotional emails or reach out to us with your email and we will be happy to help!

  • How do I delete my account?

    Aw, we’re sorry to see you go! If there is anything you think we can help with, please do let us know! If you need to delete your account for any reason, reach out to us with your email and we will take care of that for you.

  • How can I check my transactions history?

    To check your transaction history, click on Order History to see all your orders!
