After the Order is Placed
  • Can I change or add/remove items to/from my order?

    After the order is placed, you can no longer add or remove any items from it. If you’ve already placed your order, but then see something else that you just have to have, you’ll need to place a new order for that item. If instead you accidentally placed an order for more items than you actually want, you’ll need to wait for your order to arrive and then process a return for the item you’re not interested in.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Once you place your order, there is a one-hour cancellation period. During this time, you can easily cancel your order through your account, on the Order History page. After the one-hour cancellation period has passed, you’ll no longer be able to cancel the order.

  • How can I check my order status?

    Can’t wait to receive your brand new dress? We get it! Follow along with your order’s progress by signing in your LoveProm account and easily review your Order History at any time you want!

  • How long does it take to get my dress?

    We ship your order as soon as we can, but some orders will take longer to fulfill depending on current availability. Please take note of the shipping date provided on the product page when you were choosing your size/color combination, and the shipping time for your specific location.

  • How does My Favorites work?

    Have you found a dress you love, but you are not quite ready to order yet? No problem! Log in to your account and add it to your Favorite by clicking the heart on the top right corner of the dress picture. Once the dress is part of your Favorites, the heart will turn cute! You can access your favorite dresses at any time by clicking the heart icon in the top right corner of the page. Et Voilà!
