  • Where do you ship from and to?

    All of our orders are quality checked and then shipped from our warehouse in San Jose, California, to all fifty states in the US, all US territories and to our awesome Canadian neighbours. We also ship to APO and FPO boxes!

  • What are the shipping options?

    At this time, we offer FedEx Ground for Continental US, USPS Priority Mail for Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, and USPS International for Canada. You can check all our shipping information and rates on our shipping page here!

  • What is the Due to Ship date?

    When you are on the product page on our website, after you select the size and color you are interested in, we'll provide you a Due to Ship date for the specific model. The Due to Ship date indicates when the dress can be shipped out from our warehouse in San Jose, California. Please note that this date may change up until the moment that you do place an order as availability can change at any time and without notice.

    It's also important to know that this date is approximative and depending on the Brand most recent availability information and dressmaker production process, it may take a bit longer to ship your dress. We'll do our best to honor the Due to Ship date given at your checkout, however delay may happen if our third-party providers encounter unexpected circumstances. If we notice that something like that may affect your oder, we'll get in touch with you asap to discuss our options.

    You can check your dress status at any time on Order History in your account or you can contact us to check on the status for you!

  • What if I want my order sooner?

    When you select the style, size and color you want to purchase we provide a Due to Ship date that take into consideration current availability. This date can change up until the moment you place your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee a shipping date earlier than the one provided during checkout and do not offer expedited shipping at this time either. So sorry about that! After your order is shipped out, be sure to keep track of it with your tracking number!

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    You can send us an email at to change your shipping address up until the moment your package is shipped out. After your order has been shipped and it’s out of our hands, we cannot change the delivery address nor delivery options for you. In the eventuality you want to change your delivery address after your order is shipped, we suggest signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager or USPS Package Intercept to get in touch with your courier.

  • Can I track my order after it’s shipped out?

    Of course you can! You simply need to use the tracking number we send you as soon as we ship out your package or click on Track Package in your Order History to keep your eyes on the ball!

  • I didn’t receive my package, what do I do?

    At LoveProm, we try super hard to make sure our packages are delivered on time and in great condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, we have very little control over what happens with FedEx or USPS. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the package ships. If you have checked your tracking and it looks like it was delivered, but you still don’t have it, take a deep breath. Let's try to find that package for you. Contact us and we will do our best to figure this out ASAP!
