How do coupons work?
To use your coupons, simply copy the code and paste it in the first page of your checkout page under "Have a coupon code?". Don't forget to click "Apply" to have the discount applied to your total!
Please note that all our coupons are valid for limited period of time and are not cumulative. This means that a coupon will work only for its valid period and only one coupon can be applied per order.
What do I do if my payment won’t go through?
Although we’re not able to override the actual system to accept a payment if it won't go through, we do have some tips that usually work if you’re having some trouble with your payment:
1. Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, security code and billing address.
2. Try refreshing the page, or logging completely out and then logging back in.
3. Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.
4. Try using a different card or PayPal if you have a PayPal account.
5. If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank. Sometimes, when you purchase from an online company for the first time, your bank will issue a hold on the funds if they are unfamiliar with it.

What if my billing address is different from my shipping address?
It’s totally okay if your billing and shipping addresses are different, but do make sure that your billing address matches your payment method information - otherwise, your payment might not go through at all!
What if I don't receive my coupons?
We send some of our coupons to the email you use to register to our newsletter. However, sometimes it may happen that our emails are wrongly labeled as spam, so if you did not receive your coupons we suggest to first check your spam folder.
If you still can't find your coupons...don't worry, we gotcha! Contact us to confirm the email you used to register and we'll be happy to retrieve any coupons you haven't received for you so that we can get the party started!
